The first product of the Canon of Negotiation inquiry was a full special issue of the Marquette Law Review. That issue became one of the most frequently cited issues in the Review’s 90-plus year history. Note, almost all of the articles were further developed afterwards, becoming chapters in the Negotiator’s Fieldbook.
